- Contact and business details you submit on our quote / mockup request form (name, business name, phone number, email, business type, and message).
- Payment and billing information processed by Stripe when you purchase services (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- SMS / messaging data if you opt in to text messages, including your mobile number, opt-in status, message content, and delivery-related metadata needed to send and manage texts.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic site usage for security and site improvement.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to quote and mockup requests and provide our services
- Process payments and manage accounts
- Send SMS messages you have consented to receive (for example, appointment reminders, project updates, quote follow-ups, or other service-related texts)
- Improve our website and communications
- Comply with legal obligations
4. SMS / text messaging
If you provide a mobile number and consent to SMS, Webnara may send you text messages about your inquiry, quote, website project, appointments, or related service updates.
- Opt-in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact / mockup request form at webnaratech.com, and/or by texting START to our business number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive roughly 1–8 messages per month depending on your project status and how you interact with us; more messages may be sent during active onboarding or support.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop SMS marketing/service texts to that number (except as needed to confirm your opt-out).
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@webnaratech.com / call (803) 792-9484.
- No sale of mobile numbers. We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
- Service providers. We may share mobile numbers with technology vendors that help us deliver SMS (for example, Twilio) solely to send messages on our behalf and operate our messaging program. Those providers are not permitted to use your number for their own marketing.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us run our business (hosting, payment processing, email, SMS delivery), under agreements that limit use to providing services for us
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for those parties’ own marketing purposes.
6. Retention & security
We retain information as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices

- Email or call us to update or correct contact information we hold
- You may request deletion of contact records where we are not required to keep them for legal or legitimate business reasons
8. Children
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
